If you wish to return an item, please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth process:
Make sure the item is in its original condition and that the package is sealed properly to prevent any damage during transit.
Include your name, contact number, and order number inside the package.

We currently do not accept returns from countries other than Australia.
Once we receive your return, store credits will be issued. Store credits do not expire and can be used for future purchases on our online store.
Please note that customers are responsible for the return courier charges.
If the returned item is not in resalable condition or has quality issues, it will be sent back to you.
