CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE - RETAIL

We are hiring a Customer Service Executive- a front-facing retail role focused on
delivering premium in-store experiences while driving sales performance.
This is not a passive service role. You are expected to engage, influence, and convert.

. Deliver a high-touch, personalized customer experience on the floor
. Understand customer needs and confidently recommend products
. Drive daily and monthly sales targets through strong engagement
