CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (PART – TIME / CASUAL BASIS)

We are hiring a Customer Service Executive, a front facing retail role focused on delivering premium in-store experiences while driving sales performances.
This is not a passive service role. You are expected to engage, influence, and convert.

• Deliver a high-touch, personalized customer experience on the floor
• Understand customer needs and confidently recommend products
• Drive daily and monthly sales targets through strong engagement
• Maintain excellent product knowledge across all collections
• Support visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Build repeat clientele through relationship management
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
• Work closely with the store team to ensure smooth operations

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle high customer values.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach
• Reliable, well presented, and able to work independently and in a team.
